Team Cap Infiltrates a Building in First 'Captain America: Civil War' Clip

Debuted during the telecast of MTV Movie Awards, the newly unveiled footage shows Captain America, Falcon and Scarlet Witch getting into action.

AceShowbiz - As promised, a new "Captain America: Civil War" sneak peek has been released during the 2016 MTV Movie Awards that is currently airing on MTV. It sees Captain America (Chris Evans), Falcon (Anthony Mackie) and Scarlet Witch (Elizabeth Olsen) leaping into action to infiltrate a heavily guarded building.

According to EW, the scene is set in Lagos. Team Cap is tracking a group of terrorists led by Crossbones (Frank Grillo) in a raid on a center for infectious disease. It reportedly sets up the initial conflict between governments of the world and rogue superheroes in the movie.

The clip is followed with cuts of some other scenes in the film that highlight the clash between Steve Rogers a.k.a. Captain America and Tony Stark a.k.a. Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.) which involves The Cap's friend Bucky Barnes (Sebastian Stan).

Scarlett Johansson, Don Cheadle, Jeremy Renner, Emily VanCamp and Paul Bettany also star in the film, while Paul Rudd's Ant-Man and and Tom Holland's Spider-Man are going to make appearance.

Directed by Anthony and Joe Russo from a screenplay by Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely, "Captain America: Civil War" will hit U.S. theaters on May 6.
