The winner of 'American Idol' inaugural season says she has never voted before, but she will be voting for one of the final two contestants of season 15.

Kelly Clarkson is clearly a big fan of La'Porsha Renae and she doesn't even try to hide it. The "Piece by Piece" hitmaker, who rose to fame after winning the inaugural season of "American Idol", has shown her support for the finalist in the 15th and last season of the show.
"I have never voted for anyone on @AmericanIdol not even 4 myself BUT I will be voting for @laporsharenae tonight. I need her future record!" she tweeted during the airing of part 1 of the two-part finale on Wednesday, April 6.
She also posted earlier that night, "Yes ma'am @laporsharenae you are right! A woman started it and a woman's gonna finish it!! Can't wait to watch you win!! #youareblessed."
Clarkson returned to "Idol" as a guest judge earlier this season during the Top 10 week. She also performed her new song "Piece by Piece" that night. The pregnant singer will return for the Thursday finale along with other former "Idol" contestants, including Carrie Underwood, Ruben Studdard, Fantasia Barrino, Taylor Hicks, Jordin Sparks, David Cook, Kris Allen, Scotty McCreery, Nick Fradiani, Chris Daughtry, Clay Aiken, Jessica Sanchez, Kellie Pickler and Pia Toscano.
La'Porsha Renae and Trent Harmon are battling it out for the winning title.
