The 'High School Musical' alum has taken to Twitter to show off his rippling torso and bulging biceps while doing an 'American Ninja Warrior' course on 'Baywatch' set.

Zac Efron took to Twitter on Tuesday, March 8 to share a photo of him doing an "American Ninja Warrior" course on the filming set of "Baywatch". In the photo, the "Dirty Grandpa" actor showed off his rippling torso and bulging biceps.
"Months of training for this. Bring it on @therock let's do this ALL DAY baby! #NinjaWarrior #Baywatch #nowiresneeded," Zac wrote alongside the snap. His co-star Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson gave him a shout out, writing, "We built a massive American Ninja Warrior style obstacle course for #BAYWATCH. Guess who was faster than me.."

Both Zac and The Rock, who are on strict diet for their upcoming movie, had a "cheat day" dinner later on the day. Zac shared a photo of some empty plates following his dinner. "9 days of absolutely zero carbs & sugar. Only organic grass fed/free range protein and organic leafy greens. This lead to... #Cheatday ! The Rock, meanwhile, had a steak, egg and chocolate chip banana pancakes for his dinner.
