AceShowbiz - Following recent report that Nick Carter was arrested in Florida on Wednesday, January 13 after a bar fight, new details about what caused the brawl have emerged. The fight started when a bartender at the Hog's Breath Saloon refused to serve Nick and a man named Michael Papayans. When they were told to leave by a management, Nick reportedly hit the bouncer with a punch while Michael attacked another employee with a head-butt. After the brutal action, they were then restrained by bar security. A moment later, the cops showed up and busted the two men.
Sources said that Nick was intoxicated. In a video which captures the incident, Nick was seen slurring his words to police. "My name is Nick Carter from the Backstreet Boys. I'm a f**king singer," Nick told the police officer. He said that he just wanted "a couple of drinks" and then yelled, "I wanted to sing! That's all I wanted to do. I wanted to go on the microphone and sing."
This is not the first time that Nick has dealt with legal issues. He was previously arrested in 2002 after a nightclub incident in Tampa. He also pleaded guilty to misdemeanor drunk driving back in 2005 and was offered a three-month treatment program.
Nick and wife Lauren Kitt are now expecting their first children together. In November 2015, the 35-year-old singer revealed the gender of the baby, saying that they're going to have a baby boy.
