'Everwood' alum Tom Amandes will recur as Noah Kuttler a.k.a. The Calculator who uses his advanced skills in computer science and internet manipulation to force Roy out of retirement.

Another DC comic books villain is coming to Star City. "Arrow" has reportedly cast "Everwood" alum Tom Amandes as Noah Kuttler a.k.a. The Calculator. TVLine first broke the news.
The Calculator is described as "a criminal mastermind and technical genius" who "uses his advanced skills in computer science and internet manipulation to blackmail Roy (Colton Haynes) out of retirement to do his bidding, which leads to an epic battle with Team Arrow."
Amandes is booked for a recurring arc and will appear in at least two episodes of season 4. He will first appear in episode 12, in which Haynes will also make his return.
Following news of Amandes' casting, fans have been speculating that his character could be the father of Felicity Smoak (Emily Bett Rickards). This is due to executive producer Wendy Mericle's statement in an interview with ComicBook.com earlier this year, in which she said, "We are going to bring her father in. He will definitely be evil. He's going to be up to no good, but it's not going to be Damien."
"Arrow" airs Wednesdays at 8/7c on The CW.
