Oprah Winfrey disagrees with people who call out the Jenner-Kardashian family for being famous for nothing. In a phone interview with Australian radio show "The Kyle and Jackie O Show" on Monday, November 9, the media proprietor defended the famous family as saying that they're really hard-working people.

"I interviewed the Kardashians maybe [around] two years ago and I couldn't believe how hard they work," Oprah told hosts Kyle Sandilands and Jackie O of how impressed she was by the family. "People think it's just TV camera's just following you, then, you know, that's just easy. [But] to really create a reality series that looks like something actually happening, it means you have to be on all the time."

The former host of "The Oprah Winfrey Show" recalled how tight the famous family's schedule was. "I couldn't believe how hard they work because we were there for seven hours filming them and they were going to tape for another seven hours after I left," she said, adding, "No matter who you are...That is work."

A few days ago, Australian comedian Rebel Wilson slammed the famous family for being talentless during an interview on the same radio show. She revealed to the hosts that she rejected a request to present an award with Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner at the 2015 MTV Video Music Awards. "It's not that [I] hate any of them individually, but it's just that everything they stand for is against everything I stand for," Rebel confessed. "And they're not famous for talent. I worked really hard to get where I've gotten to."

"I think... I was going to dress up as Kim Kardashian if I [accepted the request]," Rebel joked, before discussing how Kim rose to fame, "I mean how Kim Kardashian got famous from the sex tape and I just went to acting school and worked really hard."
