AceShowbiz - Robert Downey Jr. put his celebrity status to good use by dressing up as Winnie the Pooh's best bud Tigger to cheer up a sick boy named Daniel who has cystic fibrosis. The Oscar-nominated actor uploaded on his Instagram over the weekend a photo of himself wearing an orange and yellow tiger costume and crouching down as if he were bouncing on his tail like the character, and put up his paws. He posed barefoot on grass and wore aviator sunglasses.
"Mr. Stark here. This is for Daniel (@envy_coatings) who was having a rough day recently," the 50-year-old actor captioned the snapshot. "When I'm in the dumps, I've found this little getup to be helpful." He then continued writing, "P.S. Would you like to come to the LA premiere of 'Captain America: Civil War' as my guest? If so, have your people call my people. All the best."
Downey Jr.'s heartwarming gesture came after Daniel's mom reached out to him via Instagram, detailing on the 7-year-old boy's condition and difficult life with cystic fibrosis. Daniel's mum (@envy_coatings) used Instagram to contact the "Iron Man" star to get a "little lift" for her little boy after he was bullied at school.
