The Aerosmith frontman teases his upcoming appearance on the ABC drama series by sharing his picture with Hayden Panettiere from the set.

"Nashville" has tapped a real rock star to appear in its fourth season. Steven Tyler has filmed his scene for the drama series and taken to Twitter to share a picture of him and series regular Hayden Panettiere on the set.
".@haydenpanettier AND I GETTING A LITTLE 'CRAZY' ON SET AT @Nashville_ABC YOU WONT WANT TO MISS THIS......#PATSYCLINE," so the Aerosmith frontman captioned the image, hinting at the song he would be performing on the show. Rocking a flashy outing, he's also bringing his trademark scarf-covered mic stand.

His rep has confirmed to Us Weekly that Tyler will indeed appear in the new season of the music drama series. However, it's unknown in which episode he is set to guest star.
Tyler is trying his hand at country music by recently releasing his first country single, "Love Is Your Name". He's also preparing a country album that's going to be released under Big Machine Label Group. It's expected to arrive after the former "American Idol" judge and his Aerosmith bandmates complete their summer tour.
"Nashville" returns with its season 4 on Wednesday, September 23 at 10 P.M. ET on ABC. Black Eyed Peas' will.i.am, Brad Paisley, Kelly Clarkson and Christina Aguilera are among guest stars in previous seasons of the show.
