AceShowbiz - Fans have gotten so many on-set pictures of "X-Men: Apocalypse" which revealed the cast, the setting and other things related to the movie. On Wednesday, June 17, director Bryan Singer shared new picture and video which give a look at Sophie Turner as the young Jean Grey in the film.
Singer shared a photo which features himself holding a bow and accompanied by Turner on a green landscape. He also shared a video which captures him guiding the "Game of Thrones" star to show how to use a bow properly. He describes the skill as what he "learned in summer camp."
Although Singer didn't clearly confirm in what capacity Turner would be wielding a bow in the movie, it might have something to do with another photo he posted last month. The photo shows a young girl surrounded by soldiers who are carrying bows and arrows in the woods.
Besides, the director posted a quick video of a shaking locale. Unfortunately, the function of the shaking locale is still unknown.
"X-Men: Apocalypse" takes place a decade after "X-Men: Days of Future Past" and is a seamless next step in the story. The altering of time has unleashed a new and uniquely powerful enemy. The movie also stars Jennifer Lawrence (Mystique), James McAvoy (Professor X), Michael Fassbender (Magneto), Nicholas Hoult (Beast), Lana Condor (Jubilee), Tye Sheridan (Cyclops), Kodi Smit-McPhee (Nightcrawler) and Oscar Isaac (Apocalypse). It is targeted for a U.S. release on May 27, 2016.
