Dave Grohl was badly injured in an incident at a Foo Fighters concert on Friday, June 13. The rocker broke his leg after falling off the stage while performing at the Ullevi stadium in Gothenberg, Sweden, but he managed to finish the show.

According to reports, the band was in the middle of playing their "Monkey Wrench", which was only the second song on their set, when Grohl jumped off stage. "I think I just broke my leg. I think I really broke my leg," he told the audience.

While he received medical treatment backstage, the rest of Foo Fighters played some covers sung by drummer Taylor Hawkins. A few moments later, the vocalist returned to the stage with his leg wrapped in bandage and continued the concert while sitting in a chair. "I may not be able to walk or run but I can still play guitar and scream," he said.

Following the gig, Grohl shared on Foo Fighter's Twitter an X-ray of his broken leg. "Thank you Gothenburg. That was amazing," he wrote in the caption.
