The 'Baby' hitmaker faces off his upcoming roast master Kevin Hart in a Will Ferrell-hosted tennis match before taking the stage on Comedy Central.

AceShowbiz - Justin Bieber played tennis at the 11th annual Desert Smash event on Tuesday, March 10. He partnered with fellow Canadian Eugenie Bouchard. With the World No. 7 and Wimbledon runner up as his sidekick, he faced off Kevin Hart who was paired with Fernando Verdasco.

"Nice serve," Bouchard tweeted a picture of Bieber in action. She once said he would be her ideal date. "I like him, I like his songs, I think he has a lot of talent," the 19-year-old tennis pro told CNN. "For sure he's doing some crazy teenage things, but I think he's really cool."
The 21-year-old Canadian singer also posed for a picture with Danish tennis star and recent Sports Illustrated swimsuit model Caroline Wozniacki.

Hart's "Get Hard" co-star Will Ferrell served as a host and line judge for the friendly match. Taking place at California's La Quinta Resort, it benefits Cancer for College charity. Justin Chambers, Kevin McKidd, and NSYNC's Lance Bass were also among the attendees.

Bieber and his guitar player Dan Kanter also performed at a mini concert during the the day-long event. He treated the crowd to acoustic performances of "Boyfriend", "As Long As You Love Me", and "Baby". He was joined by other musical guests Natasha Bedingfield and Lifehouse.

The chart-topping heartthrob invited a fan to join him on stage during his set. He also performed a special song for Hart who will become his roast master on Comedy Central later this month. "It wasn't even on the list, Kevin, that's how much I love you," he joked.
