The former James Bond star looks on as dozens of Los Angeles County firefighters are working to put out the fire that engulfs a portion of his house.

AceShowbiz - There was a real-life drama at Pierce Brosnan's residence on Wednesday evening, February 11. Dozens of Los Angeles County firefighters rushed to his house at Broad Beach Road in Malibu, California to put out a fire that started shortly before 10 P.M.

Around 50 firefighters responded to the scene. The former James Bond actor was home at the time. He was seen outside the building as the fire was being extinguished. He and everyone else in the house got out safely after a fire detector went off.

It took nearly 40 minutes for the firefighters to knock down the blaze which reportedly started in the garage and began to spread to one of the rooms. No serious injury was reported, but one firefighter was allegedly treated for a minor injury.

The incident is under investigation to determine the cause of the fire.
