Melanie Brown took her husband Stephen Belafonte to hospital Tuesday morning, January 20. The former Spice Girls member rushed her film producer hubby to emergency room at the Cedars-Sinai Hospital after he complained of severe back pain.
Belafonte's hospitalization came a month after Mel B landed in medical care with what seemed to be bruises to her arms. It sparked domestic abuse allegations, which her husband vehemently denied. "For the record my hubby never would lay a hand on me," she also said.
It was later suspected that she had suffered from stomach ulcer which caused the judge of "The X Factor" (UK) to miss the show's finale.
Mel and Stephen have since put a united front to dispel the marriage trouble rumors. On January 10, they attended "Paddington" premiere together in Los Angeles. On a recent episode of "The View", she said she "like him a lot" even though they didn't have much in common.
