The estranged wife of the 'Avengers: Age of Ultron' actor cites irreconcilable differences as the reason of their split and accuses the actor of fraud.

Jeremy Renner and his wife Sonni Pacheco are heading to splitville. The Hawkeye of Marvel Cinematic Universe is served with divorce papers by the Canadian model only 10 months after the couple secretly swapped wedding vows.
According to TMZ, Pacheco filed the document earlier this month. She cites irreconcilable differences as the reason of her separation from the 43-year-old actor and says in the papers that they have signed a prenup but she wants it to be dismissed based on "fraud."
Pacheco is seeking spousal support and physical custody of their only daughter, 21-month-old Ava Berlin. She also demands Renner pay her rent and moving expenses, and asks him to return her passport, birth certificate, and social security card.
Renner who is famously tight-lipped about his personal life hasn't commented on the matter.
