On Friday, December 12, TMZ released an audio recording of a 911 call made by Scott Stapp's wife Jaclyn and his sister-in-law after Scott returned home from mental facility in late November. They claimed Scott thought he was a CIA agent on a mission to assasinate President Barack Obama.

Jaclyn's sister told the 911 dispatcher that the "With Arms Wide Open" singer was riding a bicycle around the neighborhood shirtless. She added, "[Scott] thinks he's part of the CIA. He thinks they're trying to kill him and he has a bunch of paperwork in his backpack that [says] he's a CIA agent and he was supposed to assassinate Obama."

Jaclyn joined the 40-minute call, claiming the Creed frontman had printed out 400 - 600 pages of CIA documents which he supposedly found in the internet and put it in his backpack along with a wrench and screwdriver. She and her sister pled the dispatcher to take Scott back to the psychiatric ward.

Scott later made his own 911 call, claiming that he was on bicycle because his wife had stolen and sold his truck.

According to PEOPLE, the Secret Service is currently looking into the incident. "We are aware and we'll take appropriate action," Nicole Mainor, spokesperson for the Secret Service, told the site.

In other news, Scott has reportedly lost custody of his three kids after a judge in Florida granted sole legal and physical custody to his estranged wife Jaclyn. TMZ reports that the judge also ruled that Scott was not allowed to return to their formerly shared home. It is solely for Jaclyn and their kids, Jagger, 16, Milan, 7, and Daniel, 4.
