The singer, who has also won Album of the Year, Single of the Year and Musical Event of the Year, is named Female Vocalist of the Year for the fifth time.

AceShowbiz - Blake Shelton joined wife Miranda Lambert as one of the winners of the 2014 Country Music Association Awards, which has just been wrapped up. The coach of "The Voice" took home Male Vocalist of the Year award.

Edging out competitors like Eric Church, Dierks Bentley, Luke Bryan and Keith Urban, Shelton accepted the trophy from Trisha Yearwood. "I really thought Luke was going to win it this year," he told the crowd during his speech.

Lambert, the biggest CMA nominee for this year, was also the biggest winner. After bagging multiple awards including Album of the Year, Single of the Year and Musical Event of the Year, the "Automatic" hitmaker was handed out Female Vocalist of the Year by Sam Hunt.

The singer is now the most-awarded CMA Female Vocalist in history with five, beating out Reba McEntire and Martina McBride who has won four each.

Luke Bryan was another winner that night. He won the Entertainer of the Year title over George Strait, Urban, Lambert and Shelton. He accepted his trophy from Garth Brooks.
