He previously admitted to being in the vehicle that pulled alongside Tupac Shakur and Suge Knight at a Las Vegas intersection on September 7, 1996, shortly before the shooting occurred.

Tupac Shakur succumbed to his injuries six days later on September 13, 1996, at the age of 25. If convicted, Keefe D faces the possibility of a life sentence in prison.
