Kelly Rowland is now a mother. The singer and her husband Tim Witherspoon welcomed their first child together, a baby boy, on Tuesday, November 4 at 1:30 P.M. PT. A representative for the former member of Destiny's Child tells PEOPLE that the couple's newborn son is named Titan Jewell Witherspoon.

"We are thrilled to announce that today we are the proud parents of our first son," Rowland said of her baby boy who arrived weighing in at 7.5 lbs. "We are blessed to report everyone is healthy and happy!"

Rowland and Witherspoon got married in an intimate wedding in May and hinted at her pregnancy in June. She uploaded a pair of baby-sized shoes and captioned it, "I'll be stuntin like my daddy."

In September, she posed naked for ELLE and showed off her baby bump. "I can't wait until he gets here. I just have a couple more weeks. I'm excited to bring a child into the world, and sharing that experience with my husband is probably the most beautiful part," she said in an accompanying interview.

The "Dirty Laundry" singer also revealed that she worked out regularly so that she stayed fit during pregnancy. "It's fine to have your cravings but I wanted an easier delivery. All the women that I've talked to, that have worked out, have such an easy and speedy delivery. Exercise really helps that," she shared her tips. "I still walk two miles everyday. I still work out. It's important to me."
