AceShowbiz - Kelly Rowland has sent the Internet into a frenzy with her latest social media post. The former Destiny's Child member shared a video of herself doing a cold plunge, but instead of getting praised for the action, she got a lot of compliments for her fit physique.
In the clip posted on Instagram on Friday, June 21, the 43-year-old could be seen rocking a black cut-out swimsuit. When she first attempted to submerge in freezing water, the singer was quick to jump out of it and ran across the lawn with her buns bouncing along.
Kelly's husband, Tim Weatherspoon, noticed them as he said, "Ya jigglin baby," referring to LL Cool J's 1989 hit. The Grammy winner later tried to dip herself into the water for the second time, but only stayed for a second before hopping back out.
For the third time, the musician used a breathing technique taught by her husband. It did not help thoug, as she wined, "Babbbyyyyy….babbyyyy," while getting out of the water slowly.
In the caption, Kelly penned, "Soooooo I've heard all the benefits to doing the Cold Plunge, and I tried it." The mom of two added, "well attempted it …. 3 TIMES, here's how it went."
The clip was reposted by The Shade Room on Instagram, and that's where people gushed over her sexy figure. "ITS THE BODY FOR ME," one person wrote, while another added, "ITS THE BODY FOR ME."
A third chimed in, "Double cheeked up on a Friday evening." Someone else raved, "Fine as all out DOOORS." A different individual, meanwhile, exclaimed, "Top 3 baddest of all-time!"
