The list highlights 25 influential teenagers including Chloe Moretz, Kendall Jenner, Kylie Jenner, Jaden Smith, Bethany Mota and Kiernan Shipka.

AceShowbiz - Lorde is among 25 nominees selected by Time magazine to be named The Most Influential Teens of 2014. Several of last year's nominees like Chloe Moretz, Kendall Jenner, Kylie Jenner, Nobel Peace Prize winner Malala Yousafzai and Malia Obama also made it to the list.

Lorde makes the list with Time citing her two Grammy Awards for her hit song "Royals", an MTV Video Music Award and her platinum debut album "Pure Heroine". Malala became the youngest-ever recipient of the Nobel Peace Prize for her work to promote girls education. Malia gained major press attention after she was spotted among the revelers at Chicago's Lollapalooza Music Fest.

Kendall and Kylie, meanwhile, are selected because of their clothing and nail polish lines and young adult novel, "Rebels: City of Indra", "The Story of Lex and Livia". Kendall's solo success as a model and Kylie's new hair line are also factored in.

Newcomers to the list include President Barack Obama's youngest daughter Sasha Obama, Will Smith's son Jaden Smith, fashion and beauty vlogger Bethany Mota and Hong Kong student protest leader Joshua Wong. Tavi Gevinson, the founder of online magazine for teenage girls Rookie which gets roughly 3.5 million hits a month, also makes the list.
