Zach Braff denied the rumors that he and Taylor Swift were dating. During a radio talk show with Howard Stern on Monday, July 21, he also revealed that he had no interest in dating famous girls.

Howard suggested that Zach and Taylor were "very, very, very close friends." Zach quickly refuted, "I've met Taylor a few times and she's a sweet girl... but that was all Internet bulls**t. They said I was dating her. I met her twice, she's a cool girl, but I was not dating her."

When Howard teased that she'd be a good match for him, the actor stated that he's not interested in dating "super famous girls." He made a reference to his past relationship with Mandy Moore, saying, "Remember, I did that once before when I dated Mandy Moore, and I didn't like it."

Zach went on to explain his reason behind it, "Well, when you date another famous person that's when they really hound you. That's when the paparazzi are outside your house and that's when you can't ride your bike through Manhattan because they follow you." He admitted, "It's crazy."

The "Garden State" star shared relationship advice his publicist once gave him, "When my relationship with Mandy ended, she said, 'I'm going to give you a hint that you should know. If you don't date these 25 girls, your life will be so much easier.' And she was kind of exaggerating because there's more than those 25 girls, but in so many words, if you can, don't date other famous people because then all the tabloids pretty much leave you alone."

While Braff said that he could walk down the street without getting followed, he mentioned his good pal Harry Styles as an example of the opposing situation. He said, "This kid, he's the sweetest kid, he can't walk two f**king feet, or a crowd forms and paparazzi forms." He added, "I don't want that existence."
