AceShowbiz - Wiz Khalifa has debuted "Shell Shocked" which he recorded for the soundtrack of "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" movie. Released on iTunes on Tuesday, July 22, the track also features vocals from fellow rappers Juicy J and Ty Dolla $ign.

The song is an upbeat and radio-friendly hip-hop number in which the trio spits verses about Michelangelo, Donatello, Leonardo and Raphael a.k.a. the Ninja Turtles over the beat produced by Kill The Noise and Madsonik. "Knock knock, you about to get shell shocked," they rap the catchy chorus.

"Shell Shocked", which features the melody from the film's score by Brian Tyler, was in the works for a year and a half. Of his involvement in the project, Wiz who has a tattoo of Donatello on his calf said in a statement, "When they asked me to do it, just being a fan and being a musician, it made sense. In my generation, I think everyone who listens to me loves the Turtles as much as I do, so it just made sense."

A music video for the track has been shot and is scheduled to be released next month. Meanwhile, "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" is slated to open in U.S. theaters on August 8. Directed by Michael Bay, the film stars Alan Ritchson, Will Arnett and Megan Fox among others.
