AceShowbiz - Rihanna beats Justin Bieber as the most viewed artist on YouTube. On Tuesday morning, June 18, the 77 videos on the "Diamonds" singer's VEVO channel have a total of 3.788 billion views while 79 videos on Bieber's VEVO channel have 2 million less views.
The unfortunate news for Beliebers may happen since Rihanna has a larger number of subscribers compared to Bieber. The Barbadian beauty has 8.734 million fans who subscribe to her channel to check out her music while Bieber has "only" 4.954 fans who do so.
The YouTube's third most-viewed artist is PSY. The South Korean rapper, who found fame after his "Gangnam Style" video went viral on YouTube, has a total of 3.1 billion views. Other big draws are Eminem with 2.4 billion, Lady GaGa with 2.3 billion and Shakira with 2 billion.
Despite his dropping popularity on the video sharing website, Bieber is still unbeatable when it comes to the number of fans who follow him on Twitter. The 19-year-old pop star, who overtook GaGa back in January as the most followed person on the micro-blogging site, is the first person to surpass 40 million followers.
