Joe was arrested by police on Ventura Blvd. in Sherman Oaks, Los Angeles last month. LAPD cops who pulled the 54-year-old over suspected that he was intoxicated and took him in for custody with handcuffs. Joe was booked and spent a night in jail before released the next day without bail.

Per TMZ, Joe pleaded not guilty in an L.A. courtroom on Thursday, September 13. He is also subject to a $1,000 fine and 36 months of probation if convicted. A pretrial hearing has been set for October 11 in Van Nuys Superior Court.

Joe reportedly had a couple of glasses of wine at dinner with his wife and had an alcohol level of 0.08 or above in his blood while driving.
