In the documents submitted on Friday, April 6 afternoon, the "Project Runway" host cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split. She is also requesting primary physical custody of their four children, 7-year-old Leni, 6-year-old Henry, 5-year-old Johan and 2-year-old Lou, with visitation rights for 49-year-old Seal.
Klum additionally seeks to have her maiden name restored and asks the judge to reject any claim for spousal support by both parties. "We have had the deepest respect for one another throughout our relationship and continue to love each other very much, but we have grown apart."
