Joey Lawrence has heated up one Los Angeles park with his hot body. Last Tuesday, October 18 afternoon, the actor who stars opposite Melissa Joan Hart on "Melissa & Joey" took off his shirt and flaunted his chiseled chest and rock hard abs at a park near his home as he worked out outdoor.
Wearing a pair of dark sports shorts, the 35-year-old who finished third on season 3 of "Dancing with the Stars" was spotted using a resistance band to tone his arms. During the fitness session, he also broke a sweat by performing a series of pull-ups and push-ups, and cooled down with a bottle of water.
When he's not busy staying fit, Joey spends his time with his two daughters from wife Chandie Yawn-Nelson, Charlie and Liberty. Speaking of the two at the Hero Dog Awards in Beverly Hills, he told Us Weekly, "They like their princesses and Build-a-Bears, but Charlie and I are also obsessed with cars. She's already working on her Christmas list because it can't come quick enough!"
