The 'Saved by the Bell' actor has proposed to advertising executive Catriona McGinn less than three months after finalizing his divorce from wife of 15 years Lisa Ann Russell.

It doesn't take long for Mark-Paul Gosselaar to be in a committed relationship again. Less than three months after finalizing his divorce from wife of 15 years Lisa Ann Russell, the Zack Morris of "Saved by the Bell" got engaged to his advertising executive girlfriend, Catriona McGinn.
Confirming the news was a representative for Gosselaar, who told E! News that the 36-year-old actor got down to one knee sometime last week. He proposed with a 5-carat diamond ring designed by jeweler Neil Lane. Of the sparkler, Lane said, "Mark wanted to give Catriona her dream ring. He was great to work with and she was thrilled with her ring."
First to report the engagement news was PEOPLE. Meanwhile, Gosselaar himself has recently gushed about his new lady love. Met at Kiehl's LifeRide for amfAR Block Party in New York City last Saturday, August 6, he told Us Weekly, "She's absolutely gorgeous, she's stunning, and she takes my breath away." He added, "My kids absolutely adore her."
The "Franklin & Bash" actor announced that he was separating from former wife Russell in early June 2010, before filing for divorce in Los Angeles County Superior Court on June 18. A judge granted them an official separation on May 27, 2011, after they worked out a custody agreement of their two children, Michael and Ava.
