'This was a very difficult decision. We have come to an amicable conclusion on all matters,' the 'On the Floor' hitmaker and her estranged husband say in a statement about their split.

AceShowbiz - Another celebrity couple are heading to splitsville. A little more than a month after their seventh wedding anniversary, Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony came out with a shocking announcement. Through a joint statement, the couple revealed that they have decided to call it quits.

"We have decided to end our marriage," J.Lo and Marc said in a joint statement. "This was a very difficult decision. We have come to an amicable conclusion on all matters. It is a painful time for all involved and we appreciate the respect of our privacy at this time." They, however, didn't offer details on reason for their break-up.

J.Lo and Marc, who sang a duet number "No Me Ames" together in 1999, tied the knot on June 5, 2004 in a secret ceremony at her Beverly Hills home. They are parents to 3-year-old twins Emme and Max. In June 2010, they renewed their wedding vows at their Hidden Hills, California estate for their sixth anniversary.

This will be J.Lo's third divorce and Marc's second. The season 10 judge of "American Idol" was married to restauranteur Ojani Noa from 1997 to 1998, and to former backup dancer Cris Judd from 2001 to 2003. Her now-estranged husband Marc was previously married to former Miss Universe Dayanara Torres.
