Ashlee Simpson is seen happy in the arms of a man again. The singer had stepped out with her new boyfriend, Vincent Piazza, who is also known as Lucky Luciano on HBO's acclaimed series "Boardwalk Empire".

The lovebirds were photographed enjoying a stroll on Wednesday, June 15 in New York City and stealing kisses in the public. "They were laughing and chatting," a witness told Us Weekly. "She'd stop to kiss him; she couldn't take her eyes off him."

Apparently Simpson specially visited NYC to meet Piazza who was filming the TV series in town. He took her to the airport for her flight back to Los Angeles a day after their outing. "Vincent's a chill guy, very artsy, the quiet type," a pal claimed. "He likes her."

Just last month, Simpson appeared to have reconciled with father of her child, Pete Wentz. They filed for divorce in February this year but were spotted hand in hand after having lunch at Carney's in Studio City, California together with their son Bronx.

Neither Simpson nor Piazza's reps offered a comment. "It's all very new," said a source.
