A new promo for 2011 MTV Movie Awards has been released. In the fresh promo, "Saturday Night Live" cast member Jason Sudeikis interrupts Emma Stone's massage session to introduce himself as the host of the upcoming show. Stone, feeling disturbed about Sudeikis' unique introduction, deadpans "Mission accomplished" before dropping a little drool on Sudeikis. In addition to this promo, MTV has also unleashed another promo featuring Leighton Meester.
2011 MTV Movie Awards will take place on June 5 at the Gibson Amphitheatre in Universal City, California. Not only does the event snatch Sudeikis to take the host job, but it also has stellar performers rock the stage, including Lupe Fiasco and Trey Songz. As for the presenters, Nicki Minaj, Selena Gomez, and Stone herself are among young stars who are booked to hand out the Golden Popcorn.
People are invited to vote for the winners of each of the twelve awards. The voting has been opened up until June 4. In exception is the category of Best Movie which voting will remain open throughout the live ceremony. The full list of nominees include Daniel Radcliffe, Robert Pattinson, and Natalie Portman.
