In a surprising move, Slim Thug releases a music video for "Miss Mary" which can be found in his 2005 debut album "Already Platinum". The video is directed by DJ Young Samm from Break Dem Boyz Off, showing the rapper drowning himself in smokes and junk food while grieving over the loss of his Miss Mary.
The Cool & Dre-produced song was never made a single before the video treatment and it is yet unclear whether it would make one now. Thug tweeted in explanation of giving it a video treatment, "I just put out a video on WSHH for a song off of my 1st album miss Mary cause y'all asked me to on twitter."
Thug's latest release "Tha Thug Show" was dropped in November last year. He would re-team with Boss Hogg Outlawz for a new installment of their "Serve and Collect" series. Called simply "Serve and Collect 3", the collaborative album would be released on June 7 with the first single "What Up".
