Shania Twain went private for her nuptials with Frederic Thiebaud on January 1, but she is willing to share to public some pictures from the wedding. Two photos are released via her official website, showing off the couple's natural affection.
Frederic, who wore a white suit on top of black shirt, is captured lifting Shania with the backdrop of a beach in Rincon, Puerto Rico. The two are additionally seen walking side by side along the sea shore with the groom carrying her Calvin Klein shoes.
Shania wore a simple white dress which she bought from a small boutique in Lausanne, Switzerland and completed it with Lorraine Schwartz jewelry. Her nine-year-old son Eja walked her down the aisle on the special day.
The couple exchanged vows in front of 40 of their family members and closest friends during the sunset. The guests later serenaded the newlyweds with The Beatles' classic "All You Need Is Love". Shania also sang at the reception.
Shania Twain married Frederic Thiebaud on New Year's Day just weeks after announcing their engagement. Interestingly, the businessman is the ex-husband of a woman who was accused of having an affair with Shania's former husband, Robert 'Mutt' Lange.
