The winners of this year's MOBO Awards have been revealed in a ceremony held in Liverpool on Wednesday, October 20. Tinie Tempah and JLS led the pack with double victories. The former won Best Newcomer as well as Best Video, and the latter bagged Best Album and Best U.K. Act.

Eminem took home a trophy for Best International Act, beating Drake, Jason Derulo, Nicki Minaj and Rihanna. Plan B received Best U.K. R&B/Soul Act, and K'Naan was handed a prize for Best African Act. "Playing with Fire", N-Dubz's duet with Mr. Hudson, was named Best Song.

Billy Ocean was a special honoree for Lifetime Achievement award. Merseyside Dance Initiative was given BeMOBO Award which is to honor the hard work and special contribution made by an individual or organization that orchestrates significant changes via grass roots, educational or community initiatives.

The awards show was hosted by Alesha Dixon and Reggie Yates. Performing live at the event were Nelly, Mark Ronson, Jay Sean, Travis McCoy and more.
