In an episode of "The Oprah Winfrey Show" which is aired on May 13, Robert Pattinson revealed his Hip-Hop dream as a teenager. "I used to want to be a rapper when I was, like, 14," he said. "I grew up watching American movies and stuff."

Stunned Oprah Winfrey responded, "No you didn't!" The Edward Cullen of "Twilight" movie series continued telling the host that his interest in American movies and musics have helped him develop his American accent in the vampire film.

"But Kristen thinks I do the most terrible American accent," he joked about how his on-screen love interest Kristen Stewart responded to his accent. Then, Kristen replied, "No, no I don't. -- Occasionally, some word will come out, and I'll be like, 'We don't say that!' "

On his involvement in the hit movie series, Robert said he couldn't be more grateful. "It's a great position to be in, because you can walk into a room and everybody's screaming," he gushed. "It's not really about you. So it never really goes to your head, and you can kind of participate in it. It's about the fans themselves."

Beside joined by Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson also came to the talk show with Taylor Lautner, his on-screen rival in "Twilight". They visited Oprah as an effort to promote the third installment of the film, "The Twilight Saga's Eclipse" which is due June 30.

In the show, Taylor opted to talk about what he is looking for in a girl. "Obviously, loyalty. -- Really important to me is somebody who can totally let loose and pretty much be themselves and have fun," said the actor who was once romantically linked to Taylor Swift and Selena Gomez.
