Jennifer Hudson is confirmed to sing, while Sheryl Crow, Melissa Etheridge, Cyndi Lauper and Martina McBride will be the special musical guests at VH1 Divas Concert.

Jennifer Hudson has been announced to make a live performance at the revived VH1 Divas Concert which will be held on September 17 and hosted by Paula Abdul. She will join previously-announced headliners, such as Miley Cyrus, Adele, Kelly Clarkson, Leona Lewis and Jordin Sparks.
"We are excited that Jennifer Hudson will share her award-winning talent with our 'VH1 Divas' audience next week. Adding Jennifer to our roster of young yet hugely successful performers guarantees that the show will truly be a night to remember," President of VH1 Tom Calderone said. "We can't wait for our viewers to enjoy the performances that will reflect the talent, hard work and tenacity that has come to define this new generation of divas."
In addition to those singers, Divas Concert will also have live appearances from special musical guests which include Sheryl Crow, Melissa Etheridge, Cyndi Lauper and Martina McBride. As for its presenters, the show has lined up Kathy Griffin, Toni Braxton, Ryan Kwanten, Lauren Conrad, Whitney Port and "Fame" cast (Asher Book, Anna Maria Perez de Tagle, Kherington Payne, Naturi Naughton, and Walter Perez).
