Video footage from the first night of Conan O'Brien-hosted "Tonight Show" since Jay Leno's exit has arrived, featuring Pearl Jam's live appearance. During the June 1 episode, the rock band delivered "Get Some", a new song from their forthcoming ninth studio album "Backspacer".

"Launching a show like this takes a lot of hard work," O'Brien told audience when introducing the band.
