Serving as the cover girl of Blender Magazine's April 2009 issue, Kelly Clarkson admits to peeing in the shower and checking the tissue to see what color her snot is. Besides, she also admits to taking pleasure in walking around naked.

"Anybody who says they don't [pee in the shower] is lying," the winner of "American Idol" first season says in a statement. On blowing her nose and then checking the tissue to see what color her snort is, the singer explains, "I mean, if you have a cold, you have to check, to see how sick you are."

Furthermore admitting that she is the kind of person who doesn't like clothes, Kelly claims she is an extrovert person who, just like an open book, is willing to talk about everything. "I do not lie. Ever. I will tell my girlfriend if she looks fat in her jeans ... When you don't make yourself clear or heard, that's where trouble starts. And that's something I learned as a child. No one is going to know what you feel unless you tell them," the pop singer explains to Blender Magazine's April issue, on newsstand next Tuesday, March 17.

In another Kelly Clarkson news, she has been confirmed to sing at the result show of "American Idol" on Wednesday, March 11. Tapped to perform alongside Kanye West, she is scheduled to sing "My Life Would Suck Without You", a song included in her newly-released album "All I Ever Wanted".
