The peaceful wilderness of the Pacific Northwest is about to get a noisy new neighbor in this live-action/animated family comedy. Ambitious big-city lawyer Lance Walters, played by Timothy Omundson, arrives with his fiancée Vanessa (Thaila Ayala) and teenage son Tommy (Graham Verchere) to build their dream vacation home, only to find the property already occupied by a most unwelcome squatter: the mischievous, irrepressible Woody Woodpecker (voiced by Eric Bauza). As Lance declares war on the feathered troublemaker, employing increasingly elaborate schemes to evict him, Woody fights back with his signature laugh and a barrage of chaotic pranks.
