After their disastrous attempts to get even with their employers in Horrible Bosses, the hapless trio of Nick, Dale, and Kurt are back and determined to finally be their own bosses. Played by Jason Bateman, Charlie Day, and Jason Sudeikis, the friends launch a seemingly foolproof business venture with a revolutionary product. Their dreams of entrepreneurial success, however, are brutally crushed by a slick and ruthless investor, portrayed by Christoph Waltz, and his charismatic son, played by Chris Pine, who swindle them out of their company. Faced with financial ruin and desperate for revenge, the three hatch a new, even more ill-conceived plan: not murder this time, but kidnapping.
