Twenty years after a horrific accident during a high school production of "The Gallows" left a student dead, a group of present-day students decide to resurrect the ill-fated play. Led by the ambitious Reese (Ryan Shoos), they plan to stage the show in the very same auditorium where the tragedy occurred, hoping to make a name for themselves. However, they soon discover that the past is not so easily buried. As they begin rehearsals, strange and terrifying events unfold, suggesting that the vengeful spirit of the deceased student, Charlie, has never left the stage. The cast, including Cassidy Gifford and Reese Mishler, finds themselves trapped in a nightmarish game of cat and mouse, where the line between performance and reality blurs.
