In the unsettling horror film from director Ethan Monte, a seemingly ordinary bird flu virus mutates into something far more sinister, turning infected humans into aggressive, mindless creatures. As the pandemic spirals out of control, a small, desperate group of survivors, including a determined woman played by Emma Littig and a resourceful man portrayed by Makias Wilson, must navigate a quarantined city overrun by the infected. With society collapsing around them and trust a rare commodity, the group, which also features Ajit Jani and Jeremy Lefkowitz, battles not only the relentless, feathered predators but also the paranoia and violence of other survivors. Vera Beren and Amelia Cardone round out the ensemble as key figures in the fight for survival. The film maintains a claustrophobic and tense atmosphere, blending body horror with the dread of a world gone mad.
