The feathered and piggy factions of Bird Island and Piggy Island are forced into an unlikely alliance when a new, more formidable threat emerges from a third island, Eagle Island, in this uproarious animated comedy. Led by the perpetually angry Red (Jason Sudeikis) and the scheming King Pig Leonard (Bill Hader), the former enemies must put aside their bitter rivalry to face the icy plans of Zeta (Leslie Jones), a brilliant but vengeful eagle who intends to conquer both islands with her high-tech weather machine. As the birds and pigs form a chaotic team, the excitable Chuck (Josh Gad) and the bombastic Bomb (Danny McBride) join the mission, while Silver (Rachel Bloom), a tech-savvy and optimistic bird, emerges as a key strategist.
