The hip-hop mogul remains unfazed by his mounting legal issues as his lawyer has clapped back at a yacht crew member's lawsuit against his son that also names him as a defendant.

AceShowbiz - Sean "P. Diddy" Combs doesn't seem to be stressed out despite his mounting legal issues. The rapper has been spotted relaxing by the pool at his Miami home after his son Christian a.k.a. King Combs is accused of sexual assault in a new lawsuit.

On Friday, April 5, the father of seven was pictured walking around the pool at his Star Island mansion. He appeared to be in good spirits as he chatted with someone on the phone. At one point, he sat on a poolside sofa before he stood up and walked away from the patio.

Diddy cut a casual look in an all-black ensemble that consisted of a black T-shirt, shorts, shoes and socks. He carried an orange towel that was draped around his shoulders.

Earlier on the same day, Diddy seemed to play down his legal issues by sharing his 1998 "Victory" music video that depicts him running away from cops. "Bad Boy For Life," he wrote in the caption accompanying the post.

Diddy's brazen display comes after his son King is accused of sexual assault by Grace O'Marcaigh, who worked as a steward on a yacht she claims Diddy chartered for a family excursion a few days before New Year's Eve in 2022. During the cruise, she says King, who was 24 years old at the time, took an interest in her. He allegedly pressured her to do tequila shorts, which she believes had been "spiked."

Grace says the "Love You Better" spitter groped her legs, breast, anus and vagina during their interaction, which was allegedly documented in audio recorded by Lil Rod, who has filed his own lawsuit against Diddy. Per the suit, she was able to resume her duties until King allegedly approached her later in the night to continue to grope her and force her to perform oral sex on him.

She says she fought him and was left bruised in the altercation. She includes photos of the injury on her forearm in the docs. She says she was able to escape but suffered mentally and emotionally ever since.

Diddy is also named as a defendant in the lawsuit. He is accused of being liable for actually chartering the yacht.

Diddy and King's attorney Aaron Dyer has since responded to the lawsuit. "This is just another lewd and meritless claim from [lawyer] Tyrone Blackburn - just like what he filed in the Rodney Jones lawsuit, which he still has not served. This complaint is filled with the same kind of manufactured lies and irrelevant facts we've come to expect from Blackburn," he said in a statement issued on Friday.

"This is exactly why the federal judge in New York slapped him two days ago for a 'pattern of behavior' in 'improperly [filing] cases in federal court to garner media attention, embarrass defendants with salacious allegations, and pressure defendants to settle quickly,' and why he was referred to the disciplinary committee in the Southern District of New York," he further claimed. "We will be filing a motion to dismiss this outrageous claim."
