After Diddy's 26-year-old son is named in a lawsuit by woman who worked on a yacht chartered by the rapper in 2022, his attorney claims the complaint is filled with 'manufactured lies and irrelevant facts.'

AceShowbiz - Sean "P. Diddy" Combs' lawyer has spoken in defense of the rapper's son Christian a.k.a. King Combs after he's accused of sexual assault in a new lawsuit. Aaron Dyer, who represents both King and Diddy, slams the accusations by a female yacht crew member as "meritless" and "outrageous."

Aaron says in a statement, "This is just another lewd and meritless claim from [lawyer] Tyrone Blackburn - just like what he filed in the Rodney Jones lawsuit, which he still has not served. This complaint is filled with the same kind of manufactured lies and irrelevant facts we've come to expect from Blackburn."

The lawyer for Diddy and King continues, "This is exactly why the federal judge in New York slapped him two days ago for a 'pattern of behavior' in 'improperly [filing] cases in federal court to garner media attention, embarrass defendants with salacious allegations, and pressure defendants to settle quickly,' and why he was referred to the disciplinary committee in the Southern District of New York." He concludes, "We will be filing a motion to dismiss this outrageous claim."

Grace O'Marcaigh, who hires Tyrone, the same lawyer representing Lil Rod, as her lawyer, filed her suit in Los Angeles on Thursday, April 4. She says that she was working as a steward on a yacht she claims Diddy chartered for a family excursion a few days before New Year's Eve in 2022.

Grace claims she witnessed the Combs family party with a "constant rotation of suspected sex workers" and consume all sorts of drugs during her 6 P.M. to 6 A.M. shift. She believes that some of the alcoholic beverages were laced with drugs given how some of the women on the boat allegedly responded to the booze.

King, who was 24 at the time of the alleged incident, joined the party on December 28, 2022 and took an interest in her, Grace claims. He allegedly pressured her to do tequila shorts, which she believes had been "spiked."

Grace says the "Love You Better" spitter groped her legs, breast, anus and vagina during their interaction, which was allegedly documented in audio recorded by Lil Rod. In the audio, the steward allegedly told King to stop touching her while kissing noises could be heard in the background.

"Excuse me, you don't touch my legs like that. I'll move my legs where I want to," a woman who appears to be Grace can reportedly be heard saying. "If I want to do this, then I will. You don't touch my legs like that."

King purportedly responded, "Listen, you and everybody in the crew, it's great." At one point, Grace said to him, "Well, you can take your hand off my ass for the first thing." Per the suit, she was able to resume her duties until King allegedly approached her later in the night to continue to grope her.

"His penis was erect, and he grabbed her arms and was trying to force [me] to perform oral sex on him," she further details. She says she fought him and was left bruised in the altercation. She includes photos of the injury on her forearm in the docs. She says she was able to escape but suffered mentally and emotionally ever since.

Diddy is also named as a defendant in the lawsuit. He is accused of being liable for actually chartering the yacht. Diddy's former flame Yung Miami was reportedly also on board the yacht during cruise.

The lawsuit comes after Diddy threw a lavish party for his son's 26th birthday, just a few days after his homes were raided by the feds as part of an ongoing sex trafficking investigation. On Thursday, King still basked in birthday vibes as he posted pictures of him partying with his girlfriend and pals.
