Around two months after releasing her song 'Cobra' and its accompanying music video, the 'Girls in the Hood' rapper reveals that she will release a new track in a few days.

AceShowbiz - Megan Thee Stallion has surprised her devotees with her new music, which is coming really soon. The "Girls in the Hood" raptress announced that she is releasing a single titled "Hiss" and revealed cover art of the upcoming song.
On Monday, January 22, the 28-year-old Grammy-winning hip-hop artist made use of her Instagram page to share the exciting news with her fans. In the caption of her new post, she spilled that the new single is set to be released on Friday, January 26. She also let out a white egg and snake emojis.
In the same post, Megan also released the cover art of the forthcoming song. In it, she could be seen striking a pose in front of a green backdrop while looking at the camera. She also put one of her hands up in the air and placed the other on her waist.
The rapper was exposing some skin in a red dress that came with cut-outs all over it. Her long black hair was styled into a simple straight hairdo with her bangs covering her forehead. In addition, she looked fierce with her bold makeup, including dramatic eyeshadow.
Earlier that day, Megan let out on the same social media platform another cover art of "Hiss". In this particular photo, the spitter, who donned a long-sleeved red fishnet top and a pair of matching earrings, apparently had a white snake around her shoulders. Along with the art, she wrote in the caption of the post, "HISS JANUARY 26 [white egg and snake emojis] PRE-SAVE NOW."
The upcoming song "Hiss" seemingly has a similar theme to that of Megan's single titled "Cobra". She released the track and its accompanying music video on November 3, 2023. In the visuals, she narrates, "Just as a snake sheds his skin, we must shed our past, over and over again." She then raps, "Breaking down and I had the whole world watching/ But the worst part is really who watch me/ Every night I cried/ I almost died and nobody close tried to stop me."
