In new court documents, the woman, who accuses the 'Annie' actor of sexual assault in 2015, claims she has 'already experienced significant shock, shame, and embarrassment' for coming out with the allegations.

AceShowbiz - A woman who sued Jamie Foxx for an alleged 2015 sexual assault has requested that her identity remain hidden, citing her "fear" for her "safety." The woman, who has only been identified as Jane Doe, said in new court documents that she doesn't want the public to know who she is because of the attention that the case would draw.

"I was sexually assaulted as indicated in the Complaint and as a result, I suffered psychological and emotional injuries," she said in the newly-filed affidavit obtained by RadarOnline.com. "I do not desire to publicly disclose my identity as a victim of sexual assault because this matter is highly sensitive."

The woman claimed she has "already experienced significant shock, shame, and embarrassment for my disclosure due to the prominence and celebrity status of the Defendants." She added, "This case has already been on every major news outlet and has caused me to fear for my safety given the fame of Defendant."

"It is very difficult for me to come forward and talk about the events that occurred," she further disclosed. "The sexual assault I suffered has caused my depression, anxiety, lack of sleep, distress, and I am fearful that a public disclose will cause further emotional trauma."

The woman also stressed, "I do not want to bear the stigma that is associated with being a sexual assault victim." She noted that she would have no problem sharing her name with Jamie and his legal team, but doesn't want the world to know her identity.

The woman claimed in the lawsuit filed on November 22 that Jamie sexually assaulted her at a rooftop bar in New York City back in August 2015. She said the alleged incident took place at Catch NYC & Roof.

She alleged that the Oscar winner, who appeared to have been intoxicated at the time, pulled her by the arm to the back area of the rooftop, where he placed both hands on her waist, moved them under her top and started rubbing her breasts.

The woman claimed she attempted to step away and noticed a security guard and others who saw what had happened, but they chose to walk away. The plaintiff said Jamie also slid his hand into her pants and put his fingers on and in her vagina and anus. He allegedly only stopped touching her when her friend came over and saw what was happening.

A spokesperson for Jamie later denied the allegations. "The alleged incident never happened. In 2020, this individual filed a nearly identical lawsuit in Brooklyn," the spokesperson said the following day. "That case was dismissed shortly thereafter."

Jamie's team added, "The claims are no more viable today than they were then. We are confident they will be dismissed again. And once they are, Mr. Foxx intends to pursue a claim for malicious prosecution against this person and her attorneys for re-filing this frivolous action."
