Sharing a photo of his pouting toddler that was taken during a hospital trip to treat the hand injury, the 'Keep Your Head Up' singer praises his wife Aijia for being a saint.

AceShowbiz - Singer Andy Grammer is breathing a sigh of relief after learning his baby daughter will be "totally fine" following a burn injury to her hand.

The "Keep Your Head Up" hitmaker took to Instagram on Monday, May 24 to share a photo of himself leaning against a hospital bed as he used his foot to cover an electrical socket in the wall, while 13-month-old Izzy, whose left hand was bandaged up, pouted at the camera.

He jokingly captioned the image, "Me: You just second degree burned your hand and no you cannot stick your gauze mitten into the socket here in the emergency room. Her: Don't hold me down bro [sic]."

Grammer, who shares the tot and three-year-old daughter Louisiana with his wife Aijia, then explained the undisclosed accident had occurred on Sunday, but Izzy will be making a full recovery in no time.

"Doctors say will be totally fine," he added. "Honestly she was a champ about the whole thing. Also my wife @aijiaofficial is a saint. Sunday was a doozy. #girldad."

Izzy was born on April 3, 2020 amid the coronavirus pandemic. The girl is Andy and Aijia's second child together. Days after Izzy's birth, the happy couple issued a statement that read, "In the midst of a lot of bad news, Israel has lit up our house with immense joy. We are so fortunate to have had a safe and sacred midwife home birth."

On being a father of two girls, Andy previously told PEOPLE, "Growing up, I was super jock and very rough-and-tumble. My mom used to joke and say, 'You're going to have all girls!' " He added, "My mom passed away 10 years ago, so I'm sure that she has her hand in making sure that [happened]."
