The 24-year-old actress dedicated the esteemed acting award she received at the BAFTA Awards to her on-set hamster Millie, who died of heart attack on the set of the first 'Harry Potter' movie.

AceShowbiz - Emma Watson dedicated her Britannia Award for British Artist of the Year from the British Academy of Film and Television Arts Los Angeles to her late hamster on Thursday night, October 30. During her acceptance speech, Emma said the British film industry had been "the place I grew up" and "a surrogate family, really."
The star of "The Perks of Being a Wallflower" then shared a "weet, but slightly morbid" story from the set of the first "Harry Potter" movie. "On the first 'Harry Potter' film, my on-set hamster Millie had a heart attack and didn't quite make it," she told the audience, "So the set decorators built a small mahogany hamster-sized coffin. It had a velvet lining and a silver plaque on the front, which had Millie's name engraved on it."
Emma then added, "What I'm trying to say is you're all very special to me and your vote of confidence means a lot... Rest in peace, Millie-this one's for you."
The event's honorees included Robert Downey Jr., Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Mark Ruffalo, Judi Dench, and Mike Leigh. Celebrities like Josh Gad, Dustin Hoffman, Eddie Redmayne, Felicity Jones, Jon Favreau, Robert Duvall, Jamie Foxx, Hailee Steinfeld and Nigel Lythgoe also attended the event.
