Emmy Awards 2013: Julia Louis-Dreyfus and Jim Parsons Among Early Winners

'Veep' already bags two from the September 22 ceremony through Louis-Dreyfus' best comedy actress win and Tony Hale's best supporting actor in comedy award.

All the guests have arrived and the 65th annual Primetime Emmy Awards has officially kicked off the celebration of the best in TV industry. Fey, meanwhile, thanked her husband Jeff Richmond and "30 Rock" showrunner Robert Carlock.

"I share this award with my partner of seven years, Robert Carlock. There are not many people in this world who make me feel lazy and stupid and by comparison you made me feel that way every day and for that I thank you," the "30 Rock" creator said.

Another coveted award, Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series, went to for "", marking his third Emmy win in the category. "My heart! Oh my heart. I want you to know that I am very aware of how exceedingly fortune I am. To be a part of such a phenomenal group of people and thank you so much," he said, looking emotional. "It's so silly to be emotional, isn't it?" he added, before saying, "You know what? I will. I'll wrap it up."
