Watch as the 'X Factor' judge 'did just fine' when she performed the ever so dreadful task of singing the national anthem during the Sunday, October 28 game.

AceShowbiz - During game 4 of the World Series held October 28, singer-actress Demi Lovato faced thousands of baseball fans as she smoothly went through her rendition of the national anthem. While being excited about her performance, it was also undeniable that the 20-year-old musician had a lot of critical eyes staring at her since the anthem has always been a tough one for pop stars to sing and for American fans to watch.

The "The X Factor (US)" judge wrote on her Twitter account earlier, "So excited to sing the National Anthem at game 4 of the World Series tonight!!!!!" and was then seen sporting a very casual all-black ensemble made up of tight leggings, a black graphic tee with a blazer and high-heeled boots.

Though wearing casual attire, there was nothing plain and simple with the singer-songwriter's voice as she started out with a very subtle and sultry opening and then showed off that she could hit the big notes. Though some reactions say that she "just did fine," the "Give Your Heart a Break" singer did give out a very heartfelt and memorable rendition of the anthem.

Second-time performer, Zooey Deschanel sang for Game 3 of the World Series last Saturday, October 27 at Detroit, Michigan. Game 4 featured the hometown Tigers, who were facing off the San Francisco Giants.
